Where are Dr. Squatch personal care products made?

All of our personal care products are made in the United States.

Which bars are best for exfoliating?

We recommend using any soaps with a medium or high grit level for exfoliating.

How long does a bar of soap last?

Our soaps last 2-3 weeks on average with daily use.

Are your bars hypoallergenic?

Our products are not classified as hypoallergenic.

Do Dr. Squatch products contain gluten?

Most of our products are not formulated with any ingredients that contain gluten.

Is your soap antibacterial?

Our soaps are not formulated to be antibacterial.

Can children and teenagers use Dr. Squatch soap?

Yes! Kids and teens can use Dr. Squatch bath and body products!

How is Dr. Squatch soap different from commercial soaps?

Unlike many mass-produced “soaps”, Dr. Squatch cold-processes our bars the old-fashioned way, naturally retaining glycerin to nourish and protect your skin.

Can I use Dr. Squatch soap on my hair and face?

Our bars can be used on your hair and face due to its natural ingredients. Addtionally, check out our hair care and face wash products.

Why is there Lye, a chemical, in my soap?

Our soaps are 100% vegetable-based and there is no lye in the final product.

Is the colorant used in bar soaps synthetic or natural?

There are no synthetic colorants used in any of our core briccs!
