NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
ELIGIBILITY. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED. The Dr. Squatch Win a Ford Bronco Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Owners, officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins May 17, 2024, at 8:00 am EDT and ends August 15, 2024, at 5:00 pm EDT (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes. You (“you” or “entrant”) can enter this Sweepstakes in one of the following methods: (1) Make an online purchase during the Entry Period to be automatically entered; (2) Purchase a product that shows “WIN A FORD BRONCO” on the packaging and scan the QR Code, found inside the box, complete and submit the entry form; or (3) Enter without purchase by registering online at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd91mgs_GGmxsMYbY9JPb_Mk9WOnMvmLJAISUS58FJJtwYq-g/viewform, which is displayed at the top of the Official Rules and submit an online entry. Each method of entry is considered an “Entry” in these Official Rules. There is only one Entry allowed per person, regardless of the method of entry and regardless of the number of purchases made, if any. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning and multiple entries by the same person will not be considered.
SELECTION OF WINNER; NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner (“Winner”) shall be randomly selected on August 19, 2024, from the total eligible Entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Entries. The potential Winner will be notified on or about September 1st, 2024, by email to the address provided to Sponsor in the Entry. Neither Sponsor or Ford Motor Co., nor their respective affiliates, or any of the foregoing parties’ officers, directors, employees, or agents shall have liability for the potential Winner’s failure to receive an email notice of winning, regardless of the reason, including without limitation failures due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or due to the potential Winner providing incorrect or otherwise inaccurate contact information. In the event of any of the following, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible Entries until the Prize has been awarded: (i) the winning Entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever; (ii) a selected potential Winner either fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the Prize or refuses the Prize; or (iii) the selected potential Winner cannot be contacted for any reason (including an email delivery failure), fails to claim the Prize within five (5) days from the date that notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and notarized affidavit of eligibility and release as required by Sponsor and noted below.
Upon contacting a potential Winner and determining that all eligibility requirements for the Sweepstakes have been met, including without limitation the execution of an affidavit of eligibility and release (except where prohibited by law) and completion of such other documents as Sponsor may reasonably require (“Eligibility and Release”), if applicable, such individual will be declared the “Official Winner” of the Sweepstakes. If any potential Winner fails or refuses to sign and return the Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of Prize notification (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), the Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected. The Official Winner may also be required to execute a further right of publicity release to use the Winner’s name and/or image, including, but not limited to, for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation.
The receipt of the Prize by the Official Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER, INCLUDING THE AWARD OF THE PRIZE, WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
PRIZES: One (1) prize (“Prize”): one (1) new Ford Bronco. Verifiable retail value: $55,000 USD. All taxes on the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Official Winner. No substitution or transfer of the Prize permitted, and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. No Prize substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, who may award a prize of equal or greater value.
APPLICATION OF RULES. By entering the Sweepstakes, you warrant that you have read and agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and you warrant that you are not prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. You agree that Sponsor retains full authority, in its sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules and further agree to be bound by all decisions and interpretations made in good faith by Sponsor. Sponsor shall have the absolute right to determine, without notice to the person attempting to enter, if an Entry is in compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the individual associated with email address provided to Sponsor with the entry.
IRREGULARITIES; FORCE MAJEURE. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any of the following that affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes: (i) technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud or (ii) any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction (any of which is an “Irregularity”). In the case of an Irregularity, Sponsor may select the potential Winner from all eligible Entries prior to the Irregularity (if appropriate). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any entrant who violates these Official Rules. Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
RELEASE; LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Ford Motor Co., their respective affiliates, and the foregoing parties’ directors, officers, employees, and agents of each (all collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, damage, or harm of any kind (“Harm”) arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the Prize, including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to or arising out of (i) an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, (ii) acceptance of the Prize, (iii) the Prize, including without limitation use thereof, and/or (iv) an entrant’s use of any Dr. Squatch product.
Releasees are not responsible for and have no liability for Harm caused by any of the following: (i) incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or software associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error; (ii) an entrant’s difficulty registering on Sponsor’s website; (iii) technical or mechanical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process; (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (vii) any error, statement, or announcement that may give an erroneous indicator the Prize has been won; (viii) notice to a selected potential winner that is returned undeliverable to Sponsor; (ix) the failure of a potential Winner to timely claim the Prize; and (x) any Irregularity.
