Where do I find information about my order history?
You can find information about your order history by logging in to your account here and clicking on 'My Orders' in the menu on the left.
Your order history only includes orders placed with your account email.
If your order shows a Preparing status, we are currently working on getting your order ready for shipping.
If your order shows a Shipped status, your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
If your order shows a Refunded or Partially Refunded status, your order has received a refund of some form; if you are seeing this status but you aren't sure why you received it, please make sure to check your junk/spam for communications from the Dr. Squatch support team to learn more.
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
