Why does my discount code not work?
Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount or promo codes, which includes subscription orders and loyalty rewards. If you're still experiencing issues with your discount code, please review the following:
- Review the terms and conditions of the code (these terms are always found within the email where you got the code), and follow the instructions given.
- If the promo code is to receive a specific item, you will need to add that product to your cart, then apply the code.
- Not all items are eligible for promo codes, so the code may not apply to everything in your cart.
- The code may be entered incorrectly - always double check how you’ve entered the code and enter it exactly as written.
