ELIGIBILITY. THE DR. SQUATCH TIKTOK LIVE GIVEAWAY (THE “GIVEAWAY”) IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE OF LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE (WHICH IS 18 IN MOST STATES, 19 IN ALABAMA AND NEBRASKA, AND 21 IN MISSISSIPPI). Owners, officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: This Giveaway begins at 12:30 p.m. PT on February 27, 2026 and ends on 12:45 p.m. PT on February 27, 2026 (“Entry Period”). You (“you” or “entrant”) can enter this Giveaway by: (1) clicking on Giveaway on the Dr. Squatch TikTok Live, (2) follow us at @drsquatch, and (3) leave a comment on the live. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS PROMOTION, and purchases at our website will not increase your chances of winning. You may only enter once in the Giveaway Period.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Eligible entrants must enter through Dr. Squatch’s TikTok Live. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the entrant’s TikTok account. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. No entries with false accounts will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the TikTok account who enters the Giveaway through TikTok will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person associated with the username for the TikTok account and the assigned telephone number by the telephone carrier identified for this account. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose TikTok information, phone number and/or email address is submitted as part of this promotion. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Should an entrant post or repost a link to this Giveaway on TikTok or any other social media site, such entrant agrees to follow and to be bound by all rules and regulations required of that social media site, including without limitation rules governing giveaways and promotions. Failure of any entrant to abide by these Official Rules, the rules of TikTok, or the rules of any social media platform with respect to this Giveaway shall result in the disqualification of entrant.
PRIZES: Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive (1) Squatch Scrubber, (1) Coastal Mist Invisible Glide Deodorant, (1) Wood Barrel Bourbon Spray Deodorant, (1) Coconut Castaway Bar Soap, and (1) Fresh Falls Bar Soap (“Prize”). Verifiable retail value of one Prize: $59 USD. Any taxes on Prizes won will be the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution or transfer of Prizes are permitted, and Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. No Prize substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor, who may award a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued where required by law.
SELECTION OF WINNERS; NOTIFICATION: Five (5) winners shall be randomly selected on February 27, 2026 from the total eligible Entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries in the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified beginning on February 27, 2026 but no later than March 6, 2026 by direct message through his/her TikTok account or, via the TikTok Livestream. Neither Sponsor nor its affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall have liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive a direct message or notice of winning via TikTok Livestream, regardless of the reason, including without limitation failures due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or due to winner providing incorrect or otherwise inaccurate contact information. In the event of any of the following, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries until that Prize has been awarded: (i) a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever; (ii) a selected potential winner either fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the Prize or refuses the Prize or any portion thereof; or (iii) a selected potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason (including an email delivery failure), fails to claim the Prize within seven (7) days from the date that notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed affidavit of eligibility and release as required by Sponsor.
Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that all eligibility requirements for the Giveaway have been met and completion of such other documents as Sponsor may reasonably require, if applicable, such individual will be declared an “official winner” of the Giveaway.
The receipt by each winner of a Prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. All decisions relating to this Giveaway are final.
WINNERS: By entering this Giveaway, the winners consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements and social media posts, without additional compensation and without prior consent of winner, except where prohibited by law.
PUBLICITY RELEASE. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s irrevocable consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and entry for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation.
IRREGULARITIES. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control (each, an “Irregularity”) that affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of this Giveaway, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. In the case of an Irregularity, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible Entries prior to the Irregularity (if appropriate). Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or any entrant who violates these Official Rules. Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. An entrant’s failure to provide accurate contact information, as required by Sponsor, may result in the disqualification of participant, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
RELEASE; LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: By participating in this Giveaway, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and TikTok, and their respective affiliates and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, damage, or harm of any kind (“Harm”) arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the Prize, including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims (i) related to an entrant’s participation in this Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize and/or (ii) based on an entrant’s use of any Dr. Squatch product.
Releasees are not responsible for and have no liability for Harm caused by any of the following: (i) incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or software associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or by any technical or human error; (ii) difficulty in utilizing TikTok and/or leaving a comment at https://www.tiktok.com/@drsquatch; (iii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process; (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway; (vii) any error, statement, or announcement that may give an erroneous indicator the Prizes have been won; (viii) notice to a selected potential winner that is returned undeliverable to Sponsor; and (ix) any Irregularity. By participating in this Giveaway, you waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.

SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED IN ALL RESPECTS TO THE DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY. GOVERNING LAW. California law governs the operation of this Giveaway, these Official Rules, and the disclaimers made herein, regardless of another state’s choice of law principles. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction in the appropriate state or federal court residing in California. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
FORCE MAJEURE. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, terrorism, strike, fire, riot, earthquake, epidemic/pandemic, including without limitation COVID-19, actions of governmental authorities outside the control of Sponsor, or other force majeure event shall not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
PRIVACY NOTICE. By entering the Promotion, entrant may receive marketing materials, communications, and other materials from Sponsor and other companies whose products and services Sponsor believe might interest entrants at a future date
