The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and return any required affidavits, releases, and travel documentation. Failure to respond timely, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to execute required affidavits, releases, or travel documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsors’ discretion. The receipt by the winner of the Prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A POTENTIAL WINNER OR THE WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSORS IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
