Why did I see a charge for a launch I didn't win?Updated 14 days ago

When you enter a launch powered by EQL, you may see a temporary authorization hold on your payment method. This is not a completed charge—it simply confirms that your payment method is valid and ready to be processed if you’re selected.

If you aren’t selected, the authorization will be released automatically. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the pending amount to disappear.
