How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Order Tracker below. Please allow 1-2 business days (not including weekends) for your order to process for shipment. When your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder! If it's not in your spam folder, please contact us at support@drsquatch.com and we'd be happy to look into it for you!

Note: In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher than normal order volumes.
