What's my order status / tracking number?

Once you place your order, please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher than normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

When your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder! If it's not in your spam folder, please contact us and we'd be happy to look into it for you!
