When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days (3-5 business days during holiday season) for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher than normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Once shipped, please allow 4-8 business days for your order to be delivered for US/CANADA orders!

We also offer priority shipping for both UPS and FedEx for additional fees, in case you need to expedite your order!

Large orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground and will also arrive in 5-10 business days. You'll also be receiving a shipping confirmation email to track your order!

International shipping is done through Landmark DDP (Delivered duty paid) or DDU (Delivered duty unpaid) and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order size. Expect international deliveries to arrive in 4-8 business days (including 1-3 business day processing period) — it may be a little sooner or a little later depending on your location!
