Q: How long will my order take to process?
A: When you select your shipping method, your estimated delivery date will show at checkout. During the holidays, once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab or you can use our Order Tracker here.
Note: On rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, shipments may be slightly delayed during promotions and the holiday season due to higher-than-normal order volumes.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Once your order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered
- Priority Shipping: Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered
- Express Shipping: Please allow 2 business days for your order to be delivered
Note: Large orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and arrive in 5-10 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email to track your order or you can use our Order Tracker here.
Q: When is the last day to order to receive my package before Christmas?
A: United States:
- Order with Standard Shipping by Fri, Dec 13 at 11:59pm PST to get your order in time for the holidays.
- Order with 2-Day Shipping by Wed, Dec 18 at 11:59pm PST to get your order in time for the holidays.
- Order with Priority Shipping by Tues, Dec 17 at 11:59pm PST to get your order in time for the holidays.
Canada:
- Order with Standard Shipping by Fri, Dec 13 at 11:59pm PST to get your order in time for the holidays.
Australia:
- Order by Thurs, Dec 12 at 11:59pm GMT+12 to get your order in time for the holidays.
