How can I find the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order on the 'Overview' section on the main page of your account. The Shipping Status will display on the right hand side (as shown in the black square). Just click on 'Shipped' to be taken to your tracking link.
Alternatively, you can click on your order number (as shown in the orange square) which will take you to your Order Details page, which will include your order details and any available tracking information!
You can also find information about your orders on the 'My Orders' page.
Your order history only includes orders placed with your account email.
If your order shows a Preparing status, we are currently working on getting your order ready for shipping.
If your order shows a Shipped status, your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
