How do I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go, but we get that sometimes these things don't work out. You can cancel your subscription by:
- Login to your account dashboard.
- Click on 'Squatch Box' to navigate to the subscription management area of the account page.
- In the top right corner, click 'Edit Box' for the subscription you'd like to cancel.
- Click 'Manage Subscription' on the bottom right corner.
- In the popup menu, confirm which subscription item you'd like to cancel and select 'Manage Subscription'.
- Select 'No thanks, I want to cancel', then press 'Continue Cancellation'.
- Provide the cancellation reason, then confirm by pressing 'Cancel Subscription'.
Please note if you wish to cancel your entire subscription, you will need to repeat the steps above.
