When is my order going to ship?

Once you place your order, please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

From there, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days with ground shipping, for for orders in the United States, depending on your location.

For international orders, shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and can take 15-21 days to arrive.

Sometimes your package will arrive quicker, sometimes it might be delayed — we do occasionally experience backorders. Also, in rare scenarios, the tracking number might not accurately reflect the whereabouts of the package due to improper scanning by shipping carriers.

In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher than normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
