Shipping - I Didn't Get a Tracking Number
We send a tracking link email for every order that is placed, which happens automatically when your order has been shipped from our facility. This is not at the same time that your order is confirmed. Generally this will be sent out the business day after your order is place (this can happen the same day if you place it early in the morning). In rare cases where we are really backed up it may take an extra day.
What to do if you did not get our tracking link email within a 2-3 business days of placing your order
- Most likely this happened because our email was sent to your spam or promotions folder
- Search your mail for "you have a package on the way from Dr. Squatch" (that is the subject line of our email)
- If it is in your Spam folder, make sure to "whitelist" our support email to ensure future notifications show up. Here are some links on how to do so for common email providers:
