Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
So you've been waiting for a few day and your package doesn't seem to be moving? We know this can be very frustrating, and we certainly understand how you feel!
In most cases, your package may not have been scanned before getting shipped out of our warehouse. Therefore, our system did not automatically update your tracking information. Hang tight — it's on its way!
However, if it's been 5 business days since your order shipped and you still have not received it, please contact us right away!
