Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Please note that while we are not experiencing any delays in order processing time, our courier (USPS) is experiencing minor shipping delays during this time due to COVID-19.

So you've been waiting for a few days and your package doesn't seem to be moving? We know this can be very frustrating, and we certainly understand how you feel!

Sometimes, there's a delay between the info being updated and the actual movement of the package from one of our partner fulfillment centers. It's often the case that the package is actually in transit to its destination or has already arrived, but the tracking information needs some additional time for that to reflect.

Hang tight — it's on its way!

However, if it's been 10 business days since your order shipped and you still have not received it, please contact us right away!
